Showed ip 45 minutes early with license. NO problems. Other folks didn’t…and had to reschedule their trip. They sell bandanas. You’ll want to buy or bring your own. Ride was fun. Some good turns and rough terrain. Bring clothes that you don’t mind getting real dusty. I’d do again.

Lamentable. Cold welcome and borderline rude. Rigid and unpleasant briefing = no deviations, strict distance between buggies of 3 to 5 meters; if less, they take the €150 deposit from the entire group... so if you are a group of 6 buggies = €150 x 6. During the course, there were no explanations about our environment (fauna, flora); 70% of the route was on the road, so there was no point in renting a buggy... At the halfway break, the guide just sat next to their quad under a tree without saying a word, and we... well, nothing. The return trip was identical to the outbound trip, so there was no point. In short, €100 for a 1.5-hour buggy ride that ultimately lasted 1 hour and 10 minutes, where we spent more time on the road than on the track = really not fun. We did a 4x4 circuit the next day with another provider for €40 per person, and that was just exceptional, nothing like this buggy circuit, which is, to conclude, LAMENTABLE.

Everything was perfect; we had a great time. An experience that meets expectations for a reasonable price. The staff is very pleasant. A big thank you.

Terrible customer service! We were 5 minutes late (traveling pains with lots of unplanned challenges just before our excursion). Man at the door was super rude and refused to rebook us or refund us. DONT BE LATE!!

Disappointed because the guide was unpleasant and unfriendly; he did not acknowledge us at all throughout the tour and did not explain anything to us. Even upon arriving at the castle, he did not say a word and just parked without acknowledging us. We didn't even know what we were supposed to do. Moreover, over 80% of the walk was on the road, which had a speed limit of 60 km, and we were not allowed to exceed 40 km. However, the receptionist Carla was very friendly.

Definitely do not come here. Very unpleasant people and absolutely not understanding. We were not even able to do the activity for just 5 minutes of delay. The information registration closed at 3:15 PM and we arrived at 3:20 PM. However, the group finally left 10 to 15 minutes later. Result: 200 € lost for nothing. I had forgotten my permit, but someone brought it back to me before the group even left. Despite that, they did not want to hear anything. The most incomprehensible part is that another person in the group had also forgotten their permit and could not participate either, solely because of those 5 minutes of delay. Instead of trying to find a solution or making a goodwill gesture, they offered us to pay 50% of the already paid price to participate in the next tour. When we refused and calmly explained the situation, we were received very poorly, with disrespectful words and unacceptable behavior. Two minutes later, they finally told us: "It’s full for you, I don’t like your behavior or your faces." Honestly, this kind of remark is shocking, inappropriate, and racist. With all the negative reviews they already have, I do not understand why this activity is still recommended on platforms like Tripadvisor or GetYourGuide.

This was a beautiful experience it was a lovely way to explore Portugal, our tour guide was so lovely and kind not sure of her name though. I would highly recommend you book them. I’ll definitely be doing this again next time I come here.

Great fun, adventurous, dusty, good guides and equipment Professionals interesting routes, river crossing. Mostly back lanes driving in convoy, quite fast, use visor, take lots of photos, can be rough and bumpy in places
