Happened by chance in the ticket area Pompeii excavations, I was offered a guide. After accepting we met Laura who after putting the earphones on began an explanation of two hours to say the least extremely clear, Being we teachers know well that holding a group x two hours is not at all easy without someone falling asleep without listening anymore. That's great. Thank you Laura

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but it was almost too much information. We spent a lot of time in the housing area. Great information but lost the kids attention often.
Attention ASD families: great experience! Our autistic kiddo had a great time. Our guide Natalia was patient and understanding, taking us to places of high interest for both our kids and finding plenty of shady spots to rest and talk. She brought a picture book for our visual learner and didn’t bat an eyelash when he chose to remove his shoes and finish the tour in socks due to sensory processing needs. We really appreciate how customizable this tour was. Enjoyed by the whole family!
We visited Pompeii with our two grandsons, aged 8 and 5. This 2hr tour was perfect. Pina, our guide was very engaging and made Pompeii accessible and interesting for children, but also explained additional facts to us. We have been to Pompeii before, but this trip we learnt so much more. Pina used photos to explain points to the children about the eruption and had lots of stories and activities to help them understand. We all really enjoyed our day, thank you Pina.
