We purchased the 21 stop tour. The rain dampened our day of visiting all the stops. But overall, I would do it again.
Awful! Hour between bus suppose to be 20 min max. Then full could not get on called cab and went home. One driver made fun of forefathers and national monuments very disrespectful!!!

Total waste of money and too expensive for what was available. There were no signs at pickup points, so we were unsure of where to meet the trolley. Due to 4th July celebration preparations roads were closed and access limited. This should have been mentioned before booking. We have used Viator in Europe with absolutely no problems, here at home, not a great experience. When trying to contact the company, we could not understand the representative because of bad English.
Even though it was a very rainy day, we enjoyed it. Only suggestion would be to make the speakers project voice better. Hard to hear & with rude people talking you really couldn't hear the history.
Great drivers. Safe driving. A wealth of information I would have missed without the tour. Comfortable buses. I love that the bus windows were open.
Birdi is incredible! We were lucky enough to get her when we hopped off and back on each time. She was so entertaining, knowledgeable, and wowza can she drive the bus! On a side note, the waits at the stops were longer than we thought they would be so we didn't get to see everything we wanted. The Arlington transport and tour were extra long. They were great but we spent a lot of time waiting for the pick up. So plan longer than ya think. The location of the stops are great and really puts ya where ya need to be to navigate the mall.
The stops were great - well spaced and prime monuments. The driver was also a very interesting guide. My only recommendation is to pay attention to who is riding each leg and add aspects for kids when present. My husband and I walked the whole mall, visiting each monument, as well as walking across the bridge to Arlington in 95 degree sunshine. We brought out 12 & 10 year old children this time and knew they wouldn’t endure that. This was a great alternative!
