George has an excellent program and lots of great knowledge to make the tour interesting, informative. Great food, wine and group.

Was enjoyable and tasted local foods along with beer and wine. Foods were pickles, sausages, Lagos chimney cake and finally a Hungarian soup with bread and dessert. Paula was pleasant and entertaining with history sprinkled in about food and culture. Only thing we wish was that there were larger pieces of the tastings of sausages at the market.

Took place primarily in the Central Market. Also included stops at smaller family businesses in the broader area. The group leader was very personable and added information about the history of the foods sampled and noted support for small local restaurants.

Tour guide was wonderful. Great combination of food, drink and history. An easy walk from the market to street vendors outside the market. She was stocked with all the supplies we might need along the way; with wipes, napkins, toothpicks.

Great way to learn about Budapest, its history, people, and, of course, its food. You definitely will leave full and have great memories.
