Son went on a fat tyre scooter, I had a Segway. The instructions and information provided on how to steer etc were amazing, really clear and confidence building. The trip etc was excellent, saw lots more than we would have done otherwise and great to get the information with the sights. Thank you so much. Thoroughly recommend
A very disappointing activity on all counts. The shop did not open until 10:05 whilst our activity was supposed to start at 10. Segway orientation given by the guide was below par and even the tour commentary was not great. Quality of Segways were also questionable.
Segway tour was great. Got to see many of the important sites in Berlin. The guide was just ok, seemed a little pre-occupied at times but he gave some basic history of the sites. I would recommend as a good way to start off in Berlin for a fun way to see many of the sites.
It was an excellent experience. Prudent, safe, entertaining, varied, the Segway system allows you to cover a lot of the city in a short time, in a very safe city like Berlin. Our host, Natchi, very cultured and attentive.
Excellent way to navigate Berlin. Our guide seemed to love the heritage of the city. I would recommend this to anyone with limited fitness.
We rented two segways and drove downtown Berlin by ourselves, everything was perfect! The segways are in very good condition, the guys are very helpful, we had a pleasant chat with them before and after our tour. The right place for a segway tour, do not hesitate to enjoy :)
The tour is good but you lack to visit many Berlin attractions, such as the Wall and the East Side Gallery, I don’t know if they didn’t because it started raining a lot or because it doesn’t include it. That's a lot of fun, stroll around Museum Island to Check Point Charlie.
Guide NIZAZR was very careful, I was afraid to sunbath my parents and began to prepare the sun oil for my land. The whole 3 hours of the tour, are very patient to explain the historical artifacts, the whole tour is careful to care for my place.👍👍👍
Our tour guide, Misch (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) was an absolute delight! We were able to do a test of the Segway in the building before going out onto their practice area on the street. Then we were off! I loved the Segway, it was so much fun. When we stopped to have a chat about the landmarks in front of us, Misch was friendly, fun, informative and able to give us all time to get feeling back in our legs (it was -1 outside). Thank you so much for a great experience and I will definitely recommend this to anyone who asks!
Having never been on a Segway before, I was sceptical about how it was going to go but it turned out to be a really fun way of seeing a lot of the main tourist attractions of the city in a short space of time. It is great if you are on a tight schedule and just want to pack in as much as possible. The guides are very safety conscious and ensure you are competent in the basics before setting off and, in general, the motorists of Berlin are considerate towards you when you are on the road. The guides also know a good deal about the attractions you visit and give you a chance to stop and take a photo or two (although taking drive-by photos is fun too!). I would recommend Robot City to anyone hoping to take a whistle-stop tour of central Berlin while enjoying trying something new in the process. I probably wouldn't recommend Segway tours in general if you wish to spend lots of time in each place or if you are nervous in traffic as you do drive in cycle lanes on the main roads. If you want to take a Segway Tour, Robot City will look after you well!
