The Mountain experience was stunning. The views and the hotel was very nice. What was NOT STATED is the arduous climb to the hotel after the bus ride and cable car ride. It took us over 2.5 hours or walking up & down steep mountain steps to reach the hotel. For people with children or elderly, this journey is not well explained in your description.
Jan 2020 trip on bullet train for 300km (China has 32,000 km) and car ride to park and 12 mins cable car to hotel excellent. Drizzle fog to summits but could see famous trees and rocky spires. Full moon and sunrise over snow-covered spectacular. Lucky to catch this break in weather. Tangmo surprising as ancient village and did rubbing. Guide excellent and drivers very good. Convinced US needs bullet trains to be great.
