地下鉄黄pi南路駅でガイドに会い、徒歩で上海の新天地エリアに向かいます。有名なスープdump子の味から始めて、おいしい肉の詰め物や風味豊かなスープなど、その構造についてガイドから学びます。
その後、雲南路まで徒歩15分の場所にあり、3つの伝統的なレストランと1つのデザートショップで地元の人々が友人と一緒に座っています。途中、フランス租界のフランス車線のアパートが、シクメンと呼ばれる中国の石造りの家に取って代わり、露店、オフィスワーカー、麻雀選手の間で日常生活を観察していることに注目してください。

We have had a fantastic time and sooo much food. Jade, our guide was outstanding, she was so much fun, personable, knowledgeable and very engaging. We were a small group only, 3 participants, but it never felt odd. She made sure everyone felt looked after. The food was plentiful, very yummy and very authentic. We visited little local places we wouldn’t have known or found ourselves.
A great introduction to the food of Shanghai. You get to discover the places where the average citizen of Shanghai goes for their after work dinner. Learn some food traditions of Shanghai. It is interesting, informative and most importantly delicious Jade was the guide and she explained the food culture of Shanghai very well. She was also very organized . She had called ahead to each restaurant with the food order, so both our table and food were waiting for us. One restaurant was a bit out of the way so she ordered us a taxi. That made the tour even more enjoyable.
Truly an amazing food experience! TJ was an incredible guide. The noodles were my favorite dish! The tea ceremony and soup dumplings were great.
TJ was an amazing host and took us to a great set of food locations, and gave us a great history lesson along the way too. She was really friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this tour for any foodie.

So good! i wish i had starved myself for a day befofe to fit all the good food in, there will be lots to careful lots of info provided throughout, very well thought out and felt well looked after, Jade was great! must do when in shanghai!
