Date of trip 9-7-2026 The luggage storage was awesome! The Hop on Hop Off was a waste of time. The recording did not line up with where we were on the trip. Most of the time, we passed the place of interest and then after we were on down the road, the recording would start. The park was also blocked off because of a triathlon, so we never saw it.
Several years ago, we visited Vancouver and the narration was live. We LOVED it. We were so excited for our family members to experience this tour, but we were so VERY disappointed. Please bring back a live narrator.

Worked out well
This worked out well!! Came into port from cruise ship, left our luggage and went to Stanley park for the day be for returning to pick it up for our Vancouver check in stay! Very easy process!!

Great location to leave your cases
Great location to leave your cases if you have a late flight after getting off your cruise ship. It was quite chaotic in the terminal, but there were people holding signs and directed you to the holding area. Easy to return and get your bags. We booked an Uber to the airport and were picked up opposite the exit, so it was ideal. It only cost £21.50 via the Uber app, and was a much cheaper option than booking an after cruise option with the cruise ship.

Cruise
Disembarked cruise ship had no problems finding luggage storage. Staff very polite and helpful. Pickup also very easy.

Hold my bag
Great way to stow your stuff while you check out the city. We had a red eye flight scheduled after a cruise and this worked perfectly. The porters were helpful and friendly, making the process stress free!

Luggage storage
Very easy for storage luggage after you come off cruise ship but only store till 4pm. You are better booking in advance as limited space. You can also get taxi from there to take to airport or into city.

Drop and go
Easy to use off the cruise ships. Very secure area. But you have to be back by 4:30 to get your luggage.

Great service for those who need to store luggage after a cruise!
Everything went very well, with speed and efficiency, whether in the baggage claim or in your pickup. Just keep in mind that after the ship departs, you cannot leave the terminal to the outside, and right after collecting your cabin luggage, you must look for a small counter of this company that validates the baggage reservation and indicates the way to get there. Upon return, you will have to enter through the exterior of Canada Place, following the route you took when leaving the baggage drop. It is a very simple and safe process that I highly recommend!
