本物のイスタンブールを地元の人のように味わいたい旅行者のためのツアーです。 歴史あるスパイスバザールからカドゥキョイの活気あるフードストリートまで、ゲストは伝統的なパン屋、地元の屋台料理、トルココーヒー、ラフマクン、ピクルス、キュネフェを地元のプロのガイドと一緒に発見します。 通常のフードツアーとは異なり、本場の味と地元の物語、隠れたスポット、イスタンブールの日常文化を組み合わせた体験です。 食費も含まれていますし、少人数制なので、よりパーソナルでリラックスして思い出に残るツアーになります。

イスタンブール中心部で最も古いハンの一つを訪れ、トルコの伝統的なフラットブレッドを石窯で焼き、チーズ、ひき肉、野菜などの具材をトッピングしたティーとパイドをいただきます。 「トルコのピザ」と呼ばれることが多いピデは、パリッとした食感と豊かな風味、焼きたての香りが愛されています。

Özcan Turşularıはカドゥキョイの有名な伝統的な漬物店の1つで、古典的なレシピと自然発酵法で調理された手作りのトルコ漬物で有名です。 何十年も前から地元で親しまれているこのレストランでは、イスタンブールの豊かな屋台食文化を本物の味で味わうことができます。
ボルサム・タシュフルンは伝統的な石窯のラフマクンで有名で、薄いカリッとした生地と豊かなアナトリアの風味で焼きたてである。 ここでラフマクンを味わうことは、地元の古典的な雰囲気の中で、テュルキエで最も愛されている屋台料理の一つを体験するのに最適な方法です。

Very poor the tour operator didn’t turn up! We waited for an hour and called but he said he didn’t get the email
I've done a few food tours in cities and this was one of the best. Sude was a fantastic guide, very knowlegable and personable. We learnt about some of Istanbul and Turkey's history and tried some foods at some places we would not have otherwise. Very highly recommend this tour.

We did the food tour on our very first day in Istanbul and it was the best decision we made! Emray’s incredible knowledge of the city, paired with all the mouthwatering street food, turned it into such a memorable experience. Not only did we get to taste the authentic flavors of Istanbul, but we also learned so much about the culture and hidden gems of the city.
