Fascinating introduction to Turkish culture and lifestyle through the food of Karaköy and Kadikoy. Cervan, our wonderful guide, introduced us to local foods, many delicious. We even tried pickle juice, which is an acquired taste! If you are adventurous and open to trying new things, recommend this tour.
We had a fabulous morning with Sercan Mert! He explain all the different food, the history and teach us so many things of Turkey we didn’t know. Excellent guide! We really enjoyed our time with our wonderful guide, Elif, who took us to some of the out of the ordinary places to sample local dishes. Elif also gave us quite a bit of history about Istanbul as well as tips for the rest of our time in the city.

The trip went well. Emreyy was kind and explained multiple things. The trip lasted approx 5 hours. We tasted lots of food.

Our experience was fantastic. We had a great variety of food, lot's of history, and saw parts of Istanbul that we probably wouldn't have seen but for the tour. It was just my husband and I with the guide, who was wonderful. Come hungry and expect to see and eat an incredible amount. We were in Asia and Europe, taking the ferry back and forth. We were able to shop a bit in the Spice Market too. Highly recommend this tour.
