Our crew is always on the lookout for dolphins throughout the excursion, but as they are wild animals, sightings depend on their location and behaviour on the day. However, as explained in our previous private correspondence, we have already shared the relevant information and proof regarding both bookings. After reviewing the details, the booking that included pickup from Playa Blanca was the one that was cancelled, while the remaining active booking was confirmed with a direct meeting point at the harbour. A note was also added to the booking indicating that you would be travelling to the meeting point by car. In addition, the day before the excursion you received our automated reminder with the confirmed meeting point details. Had you needed any assistance or wished to arrange a pickup, we would have been happy to help if contacted within the established timeframe, but we did not receive any message from you. We completely understand your frustration, but unfortunately the situation resulted from a misunderstanding regarding the active booking details rather than an error on our side. We always strive to provide clear information and support our guests whenever possible.

We would also like to clarify that the weather was not cold on the day of the excursion, although there was some wind, which is common at sea, particularly during evening sailings. We encourage guests to check the forecast before attending and to bring suitable clothing, as comfort levels can vary from person to person and sea conditions are naturally cooler and breezier than on land. We understand that many guests hope for a picture-perfect sunset, but nature is unpredictable and no operator can guarantee completely cloudless skies or specific sunset colours on any given day. For this reason, weather conditions that remain safe and suitable for sailing do not constitute grounds for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.
