A great time at Paris Wine Co: very good wine, perfect cheeses, and above all a real pleasure to listen to Nicolas share his passion with humor and simplicity. It was interesting, funny and really friendly. An address where we want to come back! 🍷🧀
Please take the time to do this if visiting Paris! It was a great experience. Nicolas is a lot of fun, and very knowledgable. I love doing wine tastings on vacation, but this is the most educational one I have ever attended. I was pretty clueless about French wines, and in addition to learning about French regions I also learned some other wine tasting basics. But beyond the education part- it was a lot of fun. The wines Nicolas chose were excellent- and he provides a full pour. I couldn't finish all the wine he poured for us! The tasting is also paired with cheeses, and the pairings were so on point. The cheeses were also excellent quality- probably best I've had in Paris.
Perfect evening, Nicolas opened our eyes to the complexity of French wines in a very original way. Excellent wines, as well as cheeses. What incredible knowledge. We will come back next year for sure! THANKS
