Prem made this trip the best! He knew when to leave and where to be when! He took great care of us and was very knowledgeable! We were able to customize the trip, as well, adding in some places we wanted to see. We loved the whole two day trip- highlights: speed boat ride in a valley with THE BEST view of Fuji! Boat driver stoped to take our picture several times; Prem directed us to an out of the way traditional restaurant, complete with live music! Having a private driver made all the difference during Golden Week!!

The tour was fantastic. We were able to see Mount Fuji and get terrific pictures . The sites around the mountain were interesting and got to participate in a typical Japanese dining experience. The Toyko city tour was excellent . We saw the emperor’s palace and the sea food market . Plenty of time was provided for dining and for shopping at the several stops we made . Ryu was an excellent guide . He provided a lot of information about Tokyo city ,Mount Fuji and Japan as well.Our guide was very experienced and helped us along tremendously .

Ryu was an exceptional guide. His varied background and knowledge of Japan and its history, added so much to the 2 day tour. He added some unique experiences to the tour! Despite some weather issues, he definitely came through for us.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our private tour to Mount Fuji and Hakone was well organized, comfortable, and filled with breathtaking views. Highly recommend XplorJapan for anyone visiting Japan!

Ryu was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fascinating historical insights. The sights on the tour were breathtaking, and we were lucky to have a clear day to enjoy Mount Fuji in all its glory. The only downside was the traffic from Owakudani Kurotamago Kan, which was frustrating but, of course, beyond the guide’s control. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for an incredible experience!
