Kawa was a great guide and expertly kept track of his flock of wandering and lost sheep as a good Shepard should. He was very knowledgeable and accommodation. The only problem we had was due to traffic on the way to mt Fuji which was caused due to a traffic accident which delayed the tour but that was beyond his control. I would recommend him as a guide to anybody visiting Tokyo.

Great one day trip from Shinjuku. Bus is comfortable. Guide Kawa is good and cooperative during the entire trip.
Our guide Kawa was fantastic throughout. We were lucky it was a sunny day so we had high hopes of seeing Mount Fuji. On our first stop we visited a beautiful park and could see the top of the mountain. It was fairly quiet but little did we know this was sadly the last time we would see it. To our big disappoinment both the ropeway viewpoint where we had lunch and the pirate ship lake crossing did NOT have any view of Mount Fuji as advertised despite the clear sunny conditions!! Overall it was a nice day out but not value for the money given we didn't get to see Mount Fuji as described. Be warned!
The daytrip to Hakone and Akashi Lake was big fun for our family. We enjoyed the well-organized tour for the views, quiet walks, and Kawa‘s excellent guidance. On top of that, we were really lucky with the weather so we were able to see Mt Fuji and had a lovely sunny boat ride on the lake. We can highly recommend this tour and give special thanks to our tour guide Kawa 😊
Kawa was great! He made the tour very enjoyable. We had a bit of a traffic delay, he made the ride entertaining, informative and interesting. Kawa had great energy throughout the tour, he checked in with everyone and made sure everyone felt welcomed and was comfortable. Highly recommend this tour and Kawa.

Super tour, you generally saw a lot. Kawa was a dedicated and lovely tour guide. However, the stated stop at Fuji was missing. That was quite a shame, since we mainly came for that.
