Prompt and courteous. The driver was friendly and very attentive and conversational. We enjoyed him.
Driver was more than 20 minutes late for pick up. There was a cell number and drivers name provided to us the morning of the booking however our driver didn’t answer a text or a phone call. His excuse was traffic was bad. Hello? Is it unreasonable to expect traffic downtown Miami at the cruise terminal? Poor excuse. Even so, answering the phone that’s ringing in front of you when you’re very late is a minimal expectation. Or…perhaps a call to me before you’re late so we don’t sit and wonder if we will be picked up at all!!! Never again!!!!
Very professional, reached out to me to let me know the driver was at the port 2 hrs ahead of schedule and he parked right at the exit to the port building. So easy to find him. He knew the back roads to get from the port to the hotel so it didn't take us long to get to our destination.
I tried to change the number of passengers from 10 to 6 and they wouldn't let me. I got charged for 10 people $264 even though I only had 6 passengers. I was on a cruise and didn't have internet to tell them about the 4 people that decided not to join us but they wouldn't let me only be charged for the 6, this isn't/wasn't my fault but still couldn't change it even though I sent a text to them and they said sure they could change it. I asked to be picked up at 945am and I was called at 838am and 902am this isn't 945am so I was picked up early and got to the airport earlier than expected and had to change my car rental reservation in the vehicle while going to airport.
Anthony was awesome! Due to the marathon traffic was gridlocked. Took 1.5 hrs to reach the port. Anthony made the trip interesting. Would definitely use his service again!
The driver arrived on time, was very helpful, and we were a large group with a lot of luggage, 2 children under 5, and a disabled elderly passenger. He assisted everyone and dropped us at the location requested
