Thank you for your reviews so much, and join us group to New Year Eve’s countdown activity on 2025, we are happy that you were enjoy tour with our English tour guide Sera Hao. and we are so sorry, you did not see car pick you up at hotel, only tour guide Sera meet you hotel lobby and took your group to go near your hotel subway, in fact the car we were arranged, we double check bad traffic your hotel area and Harbin ice and snow world place, just let driver goes firstly to Harbin ice and snow world nearby waiting for your group finish after midnight and transfer you back to your hotels, we should ask your group decision before we let the car go, sorry for did not ask, let the car go directly, we will improve our way to make you more satisfaction, we was thought your hotel near subway, subway is best way to Harbin ice and snow world, no bad traffic and arrive directly and save time. no worry stuck on the road.
