Our 2-Day Harbin City Private Tour in Winter was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip to Harbin. Sera, our guide, was outstanding—warm, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her city. With her, we were able to see and experience so much of Harbin in a short amount of time, including the famous Ice & Snow Festival, the Siberian Tiger Sanctuary, an incredible local BBQ restaurant, and many other fascinating spots we would never have found on our own. She explained the history, culture, and stories behind everything, which made the experience so meaningful and engaging. Having our own private driver was a huge bonus. The driver was excellent—professional, punctual, and made getting around the city effortless and comfortable, especially in winter conditions. Being able to move seamlessly between locations without any stress made the tour feel relaxed and perfectly paced. This tour was completely customized, immersive, and incredibly well organized. If you want to truly experience Harbin—especially in winter—this private tour with Sera and a dedicated driver is the way to do it. A definite must do experience that takes 2 days. The tour was fabulous with excellent fun guide Sera and experienced great driver, Mr. LI. Some of the best highlights were the incredible Harbin Ice & Snow World, Snow Festival, Zhaolin Park Lantern Show, and the exciting Siberian Tiger Park, and the Central Street pedestrian walk. Sera also knew the best places to grab some lunch, especially for delicious Harbin BBQ. She also takes wonderful photos and speaks English very well. Sera was an amazing guide for both days, and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Sera & Mr. Li!

Our family of four absolutely loved our 2 day private tour of Harbin at the beginning of the Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin in late December 2025. Our tour guide Joanna was brilliant and looked after us so well and our driver Joey was also very friendly and funny. Having a private tour is the best way to see as much as possible in a short space of time and to have a warm car to get into after each attraction was delightful. Joanna and Joey also took us to some great local restaurants for lunch and when I told Joanna that I couldn't use a chinese toilet, she went out pf her way to find me western toilets. My husband is a swimmer and when he mentioned this to Joanna she changed our itinerary slightly so we could watch the ice swimming. I also want to mention Samantha, the tour company operator, who was so professional. Every time I reached out to Samantha both before booking our tour and after booking our tour, she responded almost straight away. She made sure that our tour included all the attractions we wanted to see and when our luggage went missing on our flight to China she was very responsive with suggestions about what we could do if we arrived in Harbin without our thermal under garments. We also used this company to hire all our warm gear - coats, pants, boots. hats, gloves and scarfs. The gear was basically brand new and was so warm. it was delivered to our hotel shortly after we arrived and everything fit perfectly. Again this was also organised through Samantha. I highly recommend using Harbin Private Tours. If we ever come back to Harbin we won't hesitate to use them again.

Sera was excellent. A great first day visiting all the sites. The ice and snow show is very unique and Sera knows all the best exhibits for great photos. Second waa good. ZICO knew all the best sites and he organised things well.

Everything was very well prepared, and the tour guide and driver were very professional and friendly. We enjoyed so much all the days. I will definitely recommend this trip to people and I will suggest them to contact this travel agency if they want to take a trip as wonderful as ours.

Our guide Sera was excellent. She made sure we were always prepared for the winter cold. She also always managed to get us to the front of the line and saved us a lot of time. Other times she saved us money by getting us in free since we were over 70. Highly recommend her.

Despite Harbin's extreme cold, we had a fantastic day there thanks to our knowledgeable and attentive tour guide, Joanna. She brought us to several excellent local restaurants and gave us a lot of information about everything. Mr. Chen, the driver, was also a really pleasant person. If you want to save time and energy in this chilly weather, we strongly suggest this service 👌👌

We did ice and snow festival private tour on 2023 winter,Harbin is too cold for us, we come from a tropical country, but Harbin tourism is very mature, travel agency has comprehensive service;purchase attraction entry ticket, warm winter clothes rental from top to toes , airport transfer, private vehicle with driver, all these services help us a lot for this Harbin winter trip, the previous worries did not happen.
