We had a wonderful evening with Usoa. She brought us to a variety of bars with different drinks and pintos in each. She also taught us about the history of Bilbao and the Basque region. Will explore the city with different eyes tomorrow. Entertaining company. Highly recommend
The food tour was excellent (I believe the guide's name was Usoa). She took us to a handful of different places, where we tried many delicious pintxos and tapas. The food was so tasty, I would do the same tour when I return to Bilbao.
Usoa was lots of fun and very informative. She introduced us to lots of new food and wine experiences - all of good quality. Her local knowledge is also extensive and she gave us lots of useful information and hints and tips. Highly recommend 👌
Usoa guided us through Bilbao for about 3 hours. With her cheerful and pleasant manner, the time flew by. We visited four pintxo bars. There, everyone got two different, very delicious pintxos and a glass of wine or cider. At the end of the evening, we were very full! During the walk through the city, Usoa showed us important buildings and beautiful corners and squares. In the process, there was a lot of information about the politics and history of Bilbao as well as the entire Basque Country. It was a great tour, recommended at any time and without reservation. What a wonderful way to begin a trip. I would always encourage everybody not to wait to take a food tour. It’s a great introduction to Bilbao and what a great way to find out how the local eat! . Usoa was a wonderful guide, so charming, so funny, And really knows the history of her city.

Totally enjoyed our experiences with the "guide" who we preferred to acknowledge as a companion who educated us about Basque history and food cuisine. Not only was she knowledgeable, but her English was wonderful, and all of the food establishments that we visited knew her. Because there were only my spouse and myself, she was able to tailor our experiences to our time frame, needs, and preferences. Tackling enjoying food for the remainder of tour during many days thereafter in Bilbao and San Sebastian was made so very much easier because of her

Our tour guide was wonderful. She really immersed us in the basque culture with teaching us the language and the history of the people. The food and drink choices were fantastic. I’d highly recommend!
