Our trip ti Venice
It's a long day, our guide was Frederick he was very knowledgeable and entertaining 😄. Unfortunately it wasn't a great day for us. We understood it would be busy but we really didnt feel the beauty of the city and it was beautiful. We would recommend the lagoon trip but not the gondola the backstreet offered no view it was smelly and our gondola was so busy shouting at others (no interaction) and they piled us with a young honeymoon couple. This trip took less than 15 mins. 😮💨 but this was our experience. We would like to come back but do our own thing next time. Xxx

Very disappointed
We waited for over 1 hour for the pick up, which failed to turn up. Tui had sub contracted our trip out to another provider, but had failed to contact us to tell us and provide the name and contact details of the new provider. Very poor service. Their reaction was " Do you want us to book you on next weeks tour" as if I could drop everything and be in Lake Garda at any time. A refund has been initiated but this does not make up for missing a trip we had looked forward too.
