ヴェローナ発：ガルダ湖とシルミオーネ日帰りツアー（クルーズ付き）

Lake Garda is an amazing setting for this tour. My tour start was delayed by two hours 24-48 hours before, as two tours were amalgamated, be aware this may happen. My tour was reversed, starting in Lazise and finishing in Sirmione, hence Sirmione was very very busy. I was expecting a cruise on the lake, we were on the public ferry which was running very late, we stood for 35 minutes in the queue on the jetty awaiting the ferry, in hot sun, this was not the experience I was expecting? Once reaching Sirmione we were barely able to get along due to crowds, plus cars trying to get through, because now it was the afternoon. Our guide gave us very basic information about the lake and resorts. Free time was enjoyable as we could get to quieter areas, I had planned to swim in Lazise after lunch but this was not possible in Sirmione, we were running out of time due to the delays. Our cruise in the motor launch was exhilarating but far too short☹️ We all met up at the appointed time for our homeward journey, which was also delayed by 50 minutes.Frustrating day which could have been handled better.

As part of a holiday in Verona with my three sisters, we booked the day tour to Lake Garda and Sermione. Having had several positive experiences with Viator in previous years, we were not disappointed. We were with a small group of travellers in a comfortable minibus. Our guide Romina was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She made the day most interesting and enjoyable and recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch. She very kindly booked our taxi at the end of the trip, which was much appreciated. We really enjoyed the boat trip and the free time to take in the beauty of Lazise and Sermione. We thoroughly recommend this tour and our excellent guide Romina.

This was a wonderful trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was ample free time for exploring or shopping on your own. Lake Garda is beautiful.

I found this tour disappointing. Not a good choice if you want to see Lake Garda. We had some time to walk around the picturesque but very touristy town of Sirmione. Only 3 of the 13 of us on the tour opted for the one-hour tour of the Grotto di Catullo (with an excellent guide), the largest Roman ruin in northern Italy, and quite interesting. But we were rushed and had no time for the museum. Then we had a brief 35-minute boat ride (not a "cruise") across the lake to the lovely small town of Lazise, where we had too much time. Only thing to do there is walking around and shopping. Then a minivan back to Verona. So you just don't see very much of Lake Garda on this trip at all.

Romina was our tour leader today. She was courteous, engaging and knowledgeable. She was conscious of the needs of individual clients, including one with a disability. She even went the extra mile to order taxis for two groups on our return to the meeting point and waited until the taxis arrived.
