Drivalia: A terrible experience. When I found this garage like building outside Heathrow, they did not have the car I had booked, and the only choice was the smallest electric car there is. I had very little experience with electric cars, and none in England, so our holiday was spent in searching for the right charging places. The car had a very small battery! We had chosen to deliver at Gatwick, and there the staff was professional and friendly and they promised us a compensation for having another car than we booked.
