The service description was presented as two to three people and their baggage. Once booked, the specific language was presented as one bag and one personal item per person - six total pieces if you had three people. We were two people with four pieces of average to small luggage and two personal items - six total pieces. I asked for clarification and was told I needed to upgrade (pay more) to an SUV. What we got was a gloried taxi van. It was clean, though, so that was good. The driver was not pleasant, made odd comments, and his driving was inattentive to the point that we nearly got in an accident. He locked up the brakes and stopped just short of a rear-end collision. Our things went flying off the seat. He apologized and claimed he needed more coffee. Not the airport transfer experience I expected for what I paid.

We used this service arriving and departing Heathrow. Our drivers were timely, helpful and their vehicles were comfortable and spotless. We would highly recommend their services for ground transfers!

Over the past several years I have traveled with friends. I have always trusted Viator for transfers and excursions and never been disappointed. I can recommend Viator to anyone planning their next trip.

Don't use it on our trip from our hotel to the sea port they sent a car even though I called several times from January when I ordered it until a month before departure and told them there was 3 adults and 6 pieces of luggage 🧳. We didn't have time to wait for another car and they didn't offer it. We all got jammed in the back seat of a sedan my niece had to hold a suitcase on her lap for the one and a half hour drive and got a bruise on her leg they put suitcases in the trunk which is all that would fit 3 on the front seat and the other on her lap. I requested a refund for the terrible drive and was informed they wouldn't do that not any of a refund. I'm sure this review won't make it on their page because these companies only use the good ones ut this was awful.

Our driver Carlos arrived 15 minutes early because he knew about street closures due to the London marathon. That was clutch.
