We arranged this option stood outside the hotel from 6.15 to 6.50 for a 6.30 pick up. No one showed . When we rang them we were told they had come and had rung us . Not only did they never show up they never rang us. We had two cabbies speak to them on the phone to support us yet we have been told no refund let alone any compensation to pay the £100 pound cab fee. Not happy that this occurred even more annoyed that you didn’t believe us !!!! Will Never use Viator again. ( not that they will probably care )

Fernandez was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived on time and ensured I made it to my destination safely.

Shuttle driver had some issues picking us up, but really no fault of her own. The street in front of our hotel was not accessible due to road work. She gave us directions to bring our luggage to another street for pick up relatively close by. Once we solved that, she got us to our destination in plenty of time for our flight. Very friendly and gave us lots of information about London.

Arrived exactly when scheduled. Traffic was not bad so we arrived at the airport earlier than we had requested, which was OK because we were there to catch the cruise shuttle to the ship.
