This is only good for 4 people. Originally, we were told 6 people okay with 7 big luggages and 6 carry ons. We paid £191 and were told to take another uber. If I have known this from the beginning I will take 3 Uber cars. Uber will cost only £50 to the airport. Nort accurate information. I communicated with the operator before I booked the van and was told okay. We ended up paying for more. Never do this.

The driver was waiting for us at the Southhampton Cruise Port with a sign. I know that sounds fairly basic, but three of our other reserved drivers during the trip did not do this very simple thing. There was a road closure on the route to London and he knew a great way to avoid that delay. If you have to take this drive, I would recommend leaving the freeway/highway and go through the small towns. A much more scenic route and you get to see lots of countryside and beautiful older homes. Plus, the odds are your hotel won't let you check in anyway, so you might as well get a scenic drive to London.

Driver was on time and navigated his way from Whitehall to LHR with ease. The Mercedes van was immaculate and we appreciated him setting our bags a few few feet from the curb (instead of right on the edge) upon arrival to T3. I highly recommend this transfer service!
