Courteous, friendly, conscientious driver. I appreciated that he arrived early as he anticipated unusually heavy traffic. He called when he arrived which was also considerate.

Driver was texting entire journey to the airport. Drove like a madman the whole route. I had two children in the car (ages 1, 4). Also, he only had one of the car seats I’d requested upon booking. I can’t believe I paid 3x the cost of an Uber XL for a worse experience

This is only good for 4 people. Originally, we were told 6 people okay with 7 big luggages and 6 carry ons. We paid £191 and were told to take another uber. If I have known this from the beginning I will take 3 Uber cars. Uber will cost only £50 to the airport. Nort accurate information. I communicated with the operator before I booked the van and was told okay. We ended up paying for more. Never do this.
Hello Rachel Gonzalez, We informed you on 16thDEC that 9 Suitcases and 6 Carry Ons will Not Fit in the van. We also offered you a Sprinter at an additional cost. You answered that you will take less luggage. (please kindly read our conversation on Viator´s chat). So, apologies, but once again, you were notified about the vehicle’s maximum luggage capacity and then presented more than that amount when meeting the driver. The driver was waiting for us at the Southhampton Cruise Port with a sign. I know that sounds fairly basic, but three of our other reserved drivers during the trip did not do this very simple thing. There was a road closure on the route to London and he knew a great way to avoid that delay. If you have to take this drive, I would recommend leaving the freeway/highway and go through the small towns. A much more scenic route and you get to see lots of countryside and beautiful older homes. Plus, the odds are your hotel won't let you check in anyway, so you might as well get a scenic drive to London.

Driver was on time and navigated his way from Whitehall to LHR with ease. The Mercedes van was immaculate and we appreciated him setting our bags a few few feet from the curb (instead of right on the edge) upon arrival to T3. I highly recommend this transfer service!

London had many closed streets and he drove us safely around all stoppages. Great car for 4 people with luggage and great service.
