The Spice Lab was a fascinating journey of history and creation. Getting to make my own spice blend with an appreciation for the science and how to balance makes me excited to get cooking with what I made! The Southern Essentials experience was one I would do over and over. They utilize local products and everything turned out delicious. Getting to enjoy the food we made at the end with everyone was really special.
I had an absolutely wonderful time during the Southern Essentials Cooking Class. Jessica made us feel right at home and really made us understand every aspect of what we were making alongside the history associated. The class was about an hour and a half and was well worth the price of admission! I’ll be recommending family and friends to all stop by!
This was a fun excursion! The food, history, and stories were all amazing! Jessica was a phenomenal guide and provided us with warm, southern hospitality!

Wonderful class, with Jessica as a STANDOUT. ONE REQUEST - please provide aprons for the class. It makes no sense to pay for the class and then get flour on our clothes. Thank you!!

Really enjoyable experience. Making the pimento cheese and biscuits was easy. Kristen was a great guide who gave us a bunch of recommendations for the rest of our trip! We'll definitely do another tour next time we're in atlanta.
The biscuit baking class was exceptional. Zoe was an awesome instructor. Will definitely return for this class.
