My Husband and I spent time looking at reviews prior to booking and it paid off. Our 50th special holiday to Miami, Everglades was a must do for us. Communication from the team was excellent, made us reassured and looking forward to the day. Pick up/drop off as planned from our hotel by our guide and we hit it off from the start. Honestly he was amazing, funny, knowledgeable and a genuine guy. Water (take own bottle) snacks, sun cream and bite spray, ear protectors all provided. Highlight for me was seeing an otter and baby alligator. So many memories made, it’s a grounding moment away from vibrant Miami Beach. Learning about the culture and history, workout Miami would not exist! Book and take it all in, genuinely best experience.

Great tour with the perfect mix of sightseeing and adventure. The airboat was the highlight, offering amazing views of the everglades. The airboat ride was both fun and informative. A great way to experience Florida's natural side.

Overall, the experience was fine. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. It wasn't as described, though. We didn't spend any time in the Indian Village, the walk was down a paved trail and didn't last the two hours, and if we drove over several bridges to see the Sawgrass, we didn't know we did it. The air boat ride is down a canal, which wasn't as exciting as we had hoped. I booked the tour for the four didn't parts, but as far as I know, we only did two of them. I think the tour itself was good, but they do need to update the description to match what they do.

Wonderful introduction to the Everglades with personable and knowledgeable guide. Saw a limpkin, roseate spoonbills and at least a dozen alligators, among other things.

Enjoyable trip Plenty of alligators but not guaranteed to see other wildlife but we did see some rare birds The walk is just along a tarmac lane - not really what you would class an Everglades experience and lots of cyclists in the area

We had an amazing experience on our half-day Everglades tour with Armando! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and he shared so many interesting facts about the wildlife and the Everglades ecosystem. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this tour — especially if you get Armando as your guide!

Amazing and experienced guides, the half day adventure was the best morning of casual hike and air boat ride!! Just fantastic!!

This was a wonderful way to experience the area of Shark Valley in the Everglades. Ryan was our “land” guide and he was a wealth of information about so many things: history, botany, bird and animal life. He did a fantastic job Another Ryan led the airboat part of the tour. He was very attentive to making sure we saw alligators, various birds, turtles. It was unfortunate for us that we couldn’t travel the sawgrass, the water levels are just so low right now. It’s the ONLY reason I didn’t give the tour a “5”, and it’s through no fault of theirs.
