Would highly recommend this tour - Way, who picked us up, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He called to check everything was ok for pick up, provided snacks and water for the drive to the Everglades and gave us some facts on the drive too. At the end of the tour, Way also offered to drop us off directly at our hotel or at a location of our choosing which was also appreciated. He recommended a really good Cuban restaurant and helped us get a table. All round we had a great day and he could not have done anything more!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The itinerary was well organized, the attractions were beautiful, and everything ran smoothly. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The transportation was comfortable, and we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. The guide was nice and definitely knows his stuff. Didn't know what to expect with the everglades but ended up really liking it. the ride out from miami was so fun. once we got there we went straight on the airboat which was way faster than i thought, the captain spun it around so everyone could see stuff which was nice. saw a few alligators in the water along the way. the gator show after was good too, learned some stuff about them, not super long. had a bit of time at the end to walk around and grab a snack. wear sunscreen and maybe sunglasses, it's bright out there. would recommend if you're in miami and want something different than just beaches.

This is a must take trip. Mr. Zheng was an incredible guide. He picked us up right on time. He told us what to expect on the trip and had water for both of us. The trip down was quick and he told us what we were seeing on the way. When we got to the Everglades everyone seemed to know him. He is friendly and a real gentleman. He offered us sunscreen and bug spray and provided us with earplugs. The boat ride was amazing. We saw alligators and the speed of the boat made it so fun. Mr. Zheng suggested to us what we should tip, which was appreciated. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. I recommend taking this trip and if you are lucky Mr. Zheng will be your driver.

I really enjoyed my morning tour to the Everglades. Michael, my tour guide went out of his way to ensure I had a great time even though I was his only guest. He was very informative about the area and we enjoyed an entertaining conversation as he drove me to our destinations. He also made sure that after the tour I got to the train station to get home. The airboat ride was fun, and we got to see alligators, turtles and other wildlife. The alligator show was actually a highlight. So informative and entertaining by a ranger who obviously cares deeply about these amazing animals. All in all a very enjoyable day. Would highly recommend.

Gliding across the Everglades at full speed was epic! The captain was a total pro fun, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone got up-close looks at the wildlife. Everything is so smooth and well worth it!!!

The airboat ride was insane! Flying over the sawgrass and skimming across the water made me feel like I was in an action movie. Seeing gators in the wild was just the cherry on top. I also had free time to explore on my own which I love the gift shop.
