Vlad from Katana Systems made this private tour easy to book and everything was perfect. Questions were answered almost immediately, first by email and later via WhatsApp. Vlad ensured that we purchased the advance tickets we needed, when we needed them, at the local price and not via an inflated 3rd party seller. The driver assigned for our actual tour day was Ovidiu and he was excellent (he may have been our driver, but he also served in many ways as a guide, answering questions and providing hints and advice). His vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and his driving was both safe and efficient. .Ovidiu also suggested a quick comfort stop and pastries at a place most would have missed. Pastries were excellent and there were no tourist crowds to contend with. We arrived at Peles just before opening and he walked us up to the proper entrance so that we would be first in. Peles was spectacular - in large part since we were the first people admitted, there was never anyone in front of us and we could look and take pictures without having to wait. Then on to Bran Castle (Dracula). Again Ovidiu ensured that we knew exactly what we had to do and where we were to meet him following our visit. He then suggested that we take a scenic drive to Brasov rather than the quicker more direct route. This took us up to a ski resort that was worth seeing. Brasov was great and would be worth a longer stay if you have a chance. Our day was 12 hours but was so worth it. Vlad and Ovidiu were so easy to deal with that we also booked them for our airport transfer. Can't recommend this company enough!!!

He handled every detail—from timing the entrance tickets to picking the perfect lunch spots—making what could have been a stressful mission with six people feel like a VIP breeze. From the moment we got picked up ar our modest hotel in Bucharest it was just a smooth, fun experience. We got to stop at some local eateries along the way the nearly two hour drive to Braşov and learned some tips about Romania. We would’ve never have known to ask. Each destination was timed perfectly and we felt like we got so much out of it , definitely recommended.

Beautiful sites but it is far from Bucharest and traffic is heavy. With the trip especially if you have a private tour

It's a good day out, we had a man called Caitlin who was really informative but didn’t chat too much, let you stay in all the locations for as long as you wanted, just had to text when we was ready to be picked up

You’re in for a full day of scenery, good conversation and amazing sights . The Pele castle is amazing and the city of Brasa is lovely.

Our guide Caitlin was phenomenal. He was amicable, knowledgeable, and interesting without chewing our ear off. The drive was smooth and we had a wonderful time. We loved castle Peles and Dracula's castle Bran and we even stopped at Brasov which was perfect for lunch and a little shopping. We enjoyed every bit of it. He knew the just how much time was needed for each stop and we never felt rushed or bored at all. My father in law left his cap in the car and Caitlin drove back to us the next day to return it which was super nice of him to do. We highly recommend this guide and tour!

We had a wonderful day traveling through the countryside and the mountains, and then got to enjoy the two castles. Peles castle is very ornate, while Dracula’s castle is much simpler. Both offer great photographic opportunities. Old city Brasov is also a wonderful place to visit. We wish we had more time to spend there, but we were tired after the long day.

Great organization, clean bus, punctual and nice driver, we toured the castles according to our needs. Recommended tour! Thank you so much Aurel ;)
