We start very well with the very good breakfast catamaran was okay whatever we so every island was very fast no enough time for explore

Avoid Over crowding to the max on the speed Catamaran with 60 plus people. Only two dirty toilets. Its like India on their trips and the food provided at phi phi island is terrible. They also try to upsell you on almost everything.

A great time! My friends and I had a blast at all stops, I thought the pacing was nice and very well thought out. A great number of spots to swim or snorkel. Big shout out to Bella who does her very best as an entertaining tour guide.

Amazing trip the island was butterfly and the staff was very friendly really especially nook and hana and Billy thank you so much for the amazing experience.

We had a really great time on the Phi Phi & Bamboo Island tour from start to finish. At the beginning of the tour there was the usual sales pitch to buy water shoes and waterproof phone cases, but there was absolutely no pressure. We simply said no and ignored it, and that was the end of it. After reading some of the reviews beforehand, I think it is important to set the right expectations. You are booking a popular tour with lots of other people, so you are very likely to be on a boat with a large group of tourists. Everyone has different personalities, expectations, and ways of approaching the day, and I think it is best to just accept that going in. Do I feel a little sad about how commercialised and busy some of these beautiful places have become? Absolutely. Would I love to see restrictions on the number of tour operators and visitors? Yes. But that is the reality of these destinations today. That said, I think the way they have managed Maya Bay is excellent. The short walk from the other side of the island to reach the beach has clearly helped protect it. Having visited around 16 years ago, I actually think it looks even more beautiful now. Monkey Beach was the only stop I would not have wanted to visit on foot. Watching people walk around with wild monkeys is not something that appeals to me, so I was perfectly happy seeing them from the boat instead. Bamboo Island, the last stop, might feel a little long if you do not want to snorkel or swim. However, if you do, it is the perfect amount of time. The beach is beautiful, and there is a small shop selling drinks, smoothies, beers, and snacks if you want a refreshment. Lunch in Phi Phi was very good, and we had enough free time for a quick walk around the shops afterwards. The snorkeling stop (I cannot remember its name!) was fantastic, with plenty of fish and crystal-clear water. The scenery throughout the day was absolutely stunning. We decided not to pay extra for the longtail boat experience. For us, it seemed quite expensive, and we are very glad we skipped it. It just was not what we wanted—we preferred having more time to snorkel and enjoy the water. Finally, we were told at the start of the tour that, because it is July, the weather could make the return journey quite choppy. They were right—it was definitely a bouncy ride back! We appreciated that they set expectations from the beginning, and it was all part of the adventure. Overall, this was a really well-organised tour with friendly staff, beautiful locations, and plenty of opportunities to swim and snorkel. If you go with realistic expectations about the crowds, you will have a fantastic day.

Do not book with Sawanu Travel if you expect a premium experience. They charged us a high price—plus a 3.5% card fee because they couldn't handle cash—and then failed to provide the luxury catamaran we paid for. Due to overbooking, we were downgraded to a smaller boat. As a family with a 3-year-old, we were forced to sit apart in separate rows. The guide was dismissive and rude when we asked for help. They also had a very threatening attitude, telling us they would leave us behind on islands if we were even slightly late. They showed no empathy for the challenges of traveling with a small child. Save your money and book with a company that actually values its customers.

We did the Phi Phi and James Bond tour. We were only 8 in the group so we went with a smaller boat. Our guide Isabella was enthusiastic and informativ. Because there is long distances we had not so much time on each places but enough to look around and take some photos. At Phi Phi there was a lagune where we were taken by long tail boat for plus 500bath/person, it seemed just a withdrawing money, a lot of boats were there by themselves. The lunch was very poor. After that we went to swim to Bamboo Island, lot a people, you have to wear lifevest for swimming I don’t really understand why, and sometimes heard the announcement that if you don’t you have to pay a penalty. Overall we have seen beautiful places
