We had a fantastic day with our tour group. From the moment we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel we had a 5/5 experience. Very caring staff ! Timmy, Jessie, Potato, Mango and Banana all did a great job getting us to and from Phuket to the islands and back. We came up on some unexpected weather and they navigated it well . Very high energy and good vibes all day. We had an included lunch buffet which was surprisingly delicious. Many options for food. The islands were just as pictured. Like any tour, there are a lot of travelers visiting, it’s hot and packed but Timmy did a great job getting us through it. Would recommend bringing a few change of clothes. Saw lots of beautiful coral and fish snorkeling. Would highly recommend this group!!

A fantastic experience with Andaman Surprise (the tour operator). the team of Pong, Eli, Ben and driver were very friendly and efficient. The pickup was at 9 AM so time to have bfst and was like a 45 min drive. The boarding was in a very clean area in the Royal marina, The boat was not a catamaran but was a fairly decent size and very clean. The crew kept us nicely hydrated. The highlight of the trip was snorkeling near Bamboo island - it was calm blue water and lots of fish,. I am not a great swimmer so Ben was in the water wt me along wt a floatee and took me further into the water wt me holding on. Amazing service! The other amazing thing was the buffet lunch at Phi Phi island. - nice salad and lots of food options. If you are vegetarian, make sure to prebook. Things which could be improved: - there was only 1 snorkeling session (even though they said 2). - the Pi leh bay lagoon at the last location was overrated (too many boats) .. and Maya beach was avoidable - nothing there really - they could offer beer for sale on the boat! all in all, just LOVED the trip and made some new friends too!

Incredible, the trip was super organized, the guide Sara who accompanied us was of a kindness and competence. The place is wonderful, amazing experiences.

Mona, Lina and Big Banana and crew were fabulous hosts, making this a fun day out for the whole family. The boat was clean well equipped, we were offered more than enough food and drinks through the day and of course, the scenery, swimming and snorkeling were beautiful! 100% recommend.

Great experience with a great crew! Shoutout to Mona, Jessie, and BIG BANANA! They were amazing throughout the journey with plenty of energy and humor to make the trip enjoyable. It is a long day with many stunning stops. From hotel pickup to hotel drop off it was more than 9 hours. It didn’t feel like 9 hours as it went by incredibly quickly. The boat is medium sized, but stable. It was a smooth journey and we made memories we will cherish for a long time!

A fun tour of all the biggest and best spots in the Phi Phi islands. Expect a full day! The boat was comfortable and shaded with snacks & drinks included.

We chose this company - Andaman Surprise - from the reviews here on this site and it was a good choice. The crew - especially Chris and Mona - were friendly and helpful, the beaches were beautiful, and for all 3 of us the snorkeling was the highlight of our whole trip. The boat was nice and we were kept covered from the sun and frequently supplied with drinks or snacks. My only criticisms would be that the buffet lunch was not great quality/variety; also, the first place we went snorkeling - a beach with rocks - was more difficult for novice snorkelers, so some advice or help would have been appreciated. The second place we went snorkeling was from the boat and we got lifejackets so it was easy for everyone to try. The water was so clear and we saw many beautiful fish. There were a few non-swimmers on the tour and the crew helped them to enjoy the kayaks or snorkeling. Overall, it was a fantastic tour of some beautiful beaches.

A fun and fantastic tours of some of the Phi Phi islands. The staff were friendly, attentive and absolutely made the day such a happy one. We had Timmy who was an absolute fantastic host! The staff knew exactly how to time the day and keep us safe, gave us tips on what to do at each place and always communicated the plan. Plenty of food and drinks were provided throughout the day. Just wish there were more hours in the day to spend more time at each place.

We had a great day. When we arrived at the harbour the shop was clean and tidy , check in was smooth and prompt the staff were very helpful. Snacks and drinks were available and they were very nice. Pong and his team were very professional , friendly and looked after us very well for the day , you couldnt get a better run tour. We had a great time. Thanks to all involved
