Experience was super. Lien was very supportive and gave us amazing service. We book our transport and Halong bay tour with them and they had been professional in understanding and giving service on time.

I had a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay, and it was truly amazing. Ms. Lien, a staff member at Vietnam Daily Tour, was very enthusiastic. I booked the tour for July 17th, but I informed her quite late, on the evening of July 16th. However, in the end, I successfully booked it. That’s so amazing! I had the opportunity to be guided by Mr. Nam. He is very talented; he smoothly handled all tasks and schedules. There were a few minor incidents, which are unavoidable in any large job, but he handled them very professionally. Throughout the journey, I had an excellent experience and laughed all day. I met many new friends. Finally, thank you to everyone for everything.

Really good tour. Our tour guide even gave us rain coat for free. He was polite and keep on telling us stories of Ninh Binh.

Our tour guide was Thanh, he was a great tour guide, knowledgeable. Tour was affordable, lunch food was plenty, the hotel that we stayed in was lovely, it had free dinner, breakfast and lunch.

Thanh was a very helpful & responsible guide who was thorough in explaining the journey & what to expect. He also shared many interesting facts along the way. Really enjoyed the surprising cave & kayaking tour bits of the tour.

I went on 2D1N Halong Bay Tour by SST Travel. The tour guide Thanh is friendly and responsible. He shared relevant info about Halong Bay without excessive details. He briefed on the dos and don'ts at the bay so that guests will not get into trouble. He contacted guest the night before the tour and was prompt in picking up the guest from Hotel.
