Da was our guide and was amazing from the moment he came to collect us. He was kind informative and always ready to assist. We were collected in a limousine bus that had seats that became massage chairs which was great especially after activities. I would highly recommend this tour company .

Tony, our tour guide was very engaging , jovial and well informed, being a local to Ninh Binh. Tony spoke good English and paid for admission to various parts of the tour. He made sure to check in with us regularly during the tour and provided water, parasols and hats for the journey. Additionally he kept us well informed of possible tourist traps during the tour and local customs. Touring as a more intimate group made the experience much more personable and relaxed. Despite a eventful day, the tour did not feel rushed and there was adequate time for refreshments and relaxation. Overall, I would recommend this tour.

An Exceptional Ninh Binh Experience – Everything Was Perfectly Planned and Executed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were a group of 8 people and booked our Ninh Binh tour with Ninh Binh Tours Company for 2 October 2026. We discovered the operator through TripAdvisor and AI, and after experiencing the tour, I can confidently say that we were extremely happy and satisfied with our decision. From the initial booking experience right through to the final drop-off, everything was handled professionally, smoothly and with a level of care that genuinely impressed all of us. 🚐 Pickup & Transportation The tour started with a punctual pickup right outside our hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, which was extremely convenient for our group. We travelled in a 9-seater DCar Limousine, and the vehicle itself was an experience. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious, with reclining massage seats (approximately 135°) and wireless charging for compatible phones. After spending a considerable amount of time travelling, the comfort of the vehicle made a big difference. The driver was punctual and professional, and the entire transportation schedule was followed exactly as planned. There was no unnecessary waiting or confusion at any point. 👨‍🏫 Tony – An Outstanding Guide But what truly made this tour special was our guide, Tony. Tony was simply fantastic. He was born in Ninh Binh, so he knows the area, its history, culture, surroundings and hidden details exceptionally well. His knowledge was not just that of someone who had memorised information for tourists — he spoke about Ninh Binh with genuine familiarity and, more importantly, with great pride in both Vietnam and his hometown. Throughout the day, he kept giving us interesting and valuable information about Ninh Binh as well as Vietnam in general. He was extremely well-spoken, polite, well-mannered and approachable, with an amazing attitude and a genuinely warm personality. He also made sure that we were comfortable and safe throughout the day. One moment that particularly stood out was Mua Cave. Tony didn't simply drop us at the entrance and wait for us. He actually trekked with us, ensuring that everyone in our group was safe and comfortable along the way. That level of involvement and personal attention really showed how seriously he takes his responsibility as a guide. 🏞️ The Itinerary Our itinerary covered: - Hoa Lu - Mua Cave - Bich Dong Pagoda - Tam Coc The entire itinerary was extremely well planned and organised. We hardly had to wait anywhere, and the timing between the different locations was managed very efficiently. At no point did we feel rushed, yet we also never felt that we were wasting time. Tony continuously guided us through each location and provided context and information that made the places much more meaningful than simply visiting them and taking photographs. 🍛 Lunch – Special Attention to Our Indian Group Lunch was another pleasant surprise. The tour included lunch, and the food was tasty and quite fulfilling. As an Indian group of eight, we were initially a little concerned about whether the food would suit everyone's preferences. Tony went above and beyond the standard itinerary in this regard. He understood our concerns and made sure that the food was prepared keeping our preferences as Indian tourists in mind. He even arranged for a couple of additional items to be prepared beyond the defined menu for our group. This may sound like a small thing, but when travelling in a group, especially internationally, these little details make a huge difference. It showed that Tony was genuinely interested in making sure we had a good experience rather than simply completing the scheduled tour. ❤️ An Experience We Will Remember What impressed us most was that everything was praiseworthy. The booking experience, communication, punctual pickup, excellent vehicle, comfortable massage seats, itinerary planning, sightseeing, lunch arrangements, Tony's knowledge and personality, safety arrangements and the overall execution of the tour — everything came together perfectly. And importantly, we had absolutely no problems whatsoever during the entire trip. The tour didn't feel like we were simply being taken from one tourist attraction to another.
