Excellent and very friendly guide
Nice day trip. History followed by scenic boat ride.
Had a great experience with Cozy Vietnam travel. I was late for pick up by 20 mins but they were kind to wait. Our tour guide Ms Lily was lovely and my kids loved her. The boat experience at Trang An was incredible though it was hot and humid in June.

We booked our Ninh Binh Province day tour through Nu, our wonderful travel agent with Vietnam Memory Travel in Ho Chi Minh City. She highly recommended this trip with Cozy Vietnam, and it was absolutely fantastic.As first-time visitors to Vietnam who do not speak the language, we were so relieved by how seamless the experience was. Our hotel pick-up was perfectly on time, smooth, and stress-free, thanks to our amazing tour guide, Bang, and our excellent coach driver.Bang truly went above and beyond to give us a great experience. His communication was outstanding; he messaged us twice the night before to confirm our pick-up time and texted again in the morning to let us know they were just 10 minutes away. He immediately filled us with confidence.The day was packed with wonderful activities. We started with an easy bicycle ride to visit Hoa Lu, the ancient first capital of Vietnam. For those who preferred not to cycle, the driver kindly transferred them a bit closer to the site. We learned so much about the royal history and the beautiful architecture of the temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam.Next, we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant, which was a great opportunity to chat and connect with fellow travellers from all over the world.In the afternoon, Bang led us to Trang An for a breathtaking two-hour boat ride. We drifted through dramatic limestone karst mountains, emerald waterways, and stunning, interconnected caves. It was an incredibly beautiful experience.Overall, it was a spectacular day out. What made it truly special was our guide, Bang. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a wonderful personality, and kept us laughing all day with his great sense of humour.If you get the chance, absolutely book a tour with Bang. Five stars!

Guides are friendly and the driver drives smoothly. But the restaurant for lunch is really too hot to eat well
A phenomenal trip! You start the tour with a bike ride to a temple, then you have a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch you take a beautifully scenic 2 hour boat ride - the landscape really is unmatched. If you have the energy after this, I recommend doing the hike on Lying Dragon mountain to take in more of the views of Ninh Binh!
