This wasn’t even our bus company, but when our bus company was very slow to get there, they picked us up and took us to the other company’s next stop, gratis. Super service🙌🙌

Beware when sitting on upper level of bus, it’s open air, you can be struck by low hanging branches. Audio was also hard to hear on the upper deck, so you didn’t hear all the presentation. That said the upper deck did allow for much better views of the area’s toured.

This has not been smooth. When we look on the schedule we see specific stops but then the bus doesn’t stop there. It goes someplace else. If this was just one time it might be OK but this is all the time. This is not a good system. If you’re not going to keep your stated stops, you should let people know. As far as I’m concerned, this has been a waste of money. I have done other Viator activities and they’ve always been great. This one was not.

The communication about the pickup locations was very poor and vague. We were told China Town, for our first stop. What we were not told was that the pickup point was in front of a specific hotel. We missed the bus, and waited for the second. One hour was wasted. No heads up from driver before being swatted by a tree branch and the speakers on the top did not generate good sound quality. The recording was not synchronized to the land marks as we passed. Finally, if you have to bring up OJ, give his film credit and move on. No need to make tasteless comments. We know his legacy and it is what it is. Driver #2….night and day difference. He did not use a recording, slowed for pictures when he could and told you when to que the camera and when snap. The experience as a whole was good for a tourist and a should do. Next time, however, I’ll choose a different company.

Great way to spend a day while visiting San Fransisco! Family loved it.

A must when your visiting San Francisco. I took the hop-on hop-off bus to see the city in one afternoon. The views from the top deck crossing the Golden Gate Bridge were amazing. It is a fun and easy way to see the main sights.

There are two hop on hop off bus companies. They start one block from each other. Watch for that but otherwise it was a great way to see the city and hear the history. Some drivers use the recording exclusively. The second driver we had gave live broadcast as we moved around which was very appreciated.
