Dear Customer, it wasn't the best of our days on what is considered the best tour of Toledo from Madrid. We don't want to blame our guide, Nacho, but the coach was only for 53 passengers. A large group of them had the tourist train included. The remaining 30 or so people had the tour and monuments included, an option that wasn't yours. Nacho has been sent for a tour review; he should have acted differently at all times. We are a well-organized company that should have allowed for this. You had a 90-minute tour and the rest of the day free. We regret what happened and are working to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Dear Geordie, It's clear that the less you pay, the more you expect. We're glad to hear you had an excellent guide and driver. We offer several compatible tours for our travelers to choose from, starting with a walking tour and, if they wish, adding a tour of the monuments. Your tour included a 90-minute guided visit; the rest of the day was free. We don't know what you did during your free time. We regret not meeting your expectations and not providing you with a more enjoyable experience. We stand by all the 5 star reviews we received that day. We believe the rating you gave is unfair.
