We had a wonderful day ! We were informed and guided the whole way by our fantastic guide Arantxa! She was great ! She taught us much about the history and buildings of Toledo. Guided visit to Cathedral, Synagogue and St Tomes church. Enough free time to purchase a couple of items & lunch. Very organised day. Thoroughly recommend this tour !
This tour is a perfect example of why you want to avoid Tours with many people. This tour had a full bus load. And although the description warned that there will be a lot of walking on uneven surfaces and lots of hills and stairs, we still had infirm people who needed transportation so the guide had to put them in taxis to get them to some of the sites on the itinerary. And to add to this delay, we had several bathroom stops with some lasting over half an hour. It was ridiculous. And I didn’t realize it was a bilingual tour in Spanish and English, but apparently it was. Unfortunately it felt like the guide spoke in Spanish 75% most of the time and 25% in English. The Guide was very sweet, but I found her English very difficult to understand. My experience obviously was not good and I could not recommend this tour with this tour guide.

Although not wheelchair accessible, we make this tour possible for anyone occasionally needing a taxi, by just calling it, as this doesn’t delay at all the tour given that the taxi is ready before the group arrives. The bus was not full, but Toledo yes, it was happily full as this is a weekend in our high season, so the waiting time at the restrooms and restaurants may be longer than usual no matter if we travel with a group or individually. This is a bilingual tour where our official bilingual guides deliver the same information, before or after, in both languages. We apologize for not having met your expectations. Arantxa was a great tour guide! I loved that the tour was bilingual to learn about the culture of Spain through their native language. Ask for Arantxa for the best Toledo tour - she's an exceptional guide with excellent English. The pace of the tour was also excellent, enough time for breaks and exploring on our own. Highly recommend!
I had specifically booked an English guided tour and was disappointed that this was bilingual. I do not believe it was clear when I was making the reservation that this was bilingual otherwise I would not have chosen it.

Great but too many people per bus
The guide Arancha was very informative. Plus so sweet and very informative. We enjoyed our excursion.
I booked an English tour yet was bilingual but mostly in Spanish. Very little English and English that is barely understandable. Do not book if you want an English tour. Very disappointing for the money paid. Toledo itself is however er beautiful.

Our tour guide Beatrice was exceptional with great knowledge about Toledo and its history. She made our day trip very engaging and enjoyable with her jokes. Very organized and managed the time so well. I would highly recommend her.
Guide: Beatrice. This is the best Toledo half-day tour i have found in Madrid (also booked Madrid palace too on the other day). The pace is just right to enjoy breakfast at Toledo (they gave you tips on restaurant), pace is okay for about 2 hours tour, and then lunch + free time for another 2 hours which is enough to enjoy the scenery, get some souvenirs and plan for your own personal trip next time! Bus aircon is always cool even when we return from the walk tour, which is an important point but sometimes overlooked by other tour providers. The group is not too big too around 30 people. The only thing to improve (not necessarily bad at all) is: - the headset could have been better if we have the option to use a bluetooth, e.g connect to our own airpods rather than using cable phones only Also would be great if they can offer a trip to the nearest theme park which has medieval theme too (can’t remember what is it called).
