Absolutely terrible. My airport transfer did not arrive. I waited at Meeting Point 1 at Lisbon Airport T1, but there was no sign with my name and the area later became empty. I waited for like 1h15 mins before someone came to pick me up. They ended up booking a Uber because i was making so much noise. It was so hard trying to get a refund. I can't believe it can go so wrong with airport transfer... just get uber next time.

Airport transfer
Driver was great. We took long because our plane arrived late. He had to leave but made sure to get a second driver for us and walked us over to the driver and the. Went for his pick up. Very grateful he did that

Perfect Tour/transfer!
This was a tour/transfer for us from hotel to cruise ship. Perfect for our short time in Lisbon! Tiago was a fantastic guide and so warm and personable. Will highly recommend this to friends and clients!

worst nightmare!

Great ride to hotel
The driver was courteous, knowledgeable and very nice. He came to get us, took our bags. The car was clean. He drove well and gave us some information about Lisbon. It was raining so he went into the hotel to get us umbrellas. Overall a great experience.

Horrible experience.
After my husband nj I flew from the US on an 8 hour flight to Lisbon we waited at the airport to be picked up. After 30 minutes, and no driver, I called Customer Service to be told that Viator canceled my transfer 3 days before. The customer service rep could not tell me why. We got a taxi instead and cancelled our return to the airport with Viator. Never again.

Dishonest taxi driver from Lisbon Airport
You’d think that because you’re lining up at a taxi stand at the airport that their services would be legit. Think again.
The wait took about fifteen minutes and I was directed to what seemed like a large suv for one person. When I told the driver which hotel I needed to go, he pulled over to look it up telling me he wasn’t sure where it was. Really? Well the ride took around 15 minutes and during that time I noticed he rested his arm right in the vision of the cab meter which was unusually placed near the gear shift and not in sight of the passenger. This should have raised a red flag for me as legit taxis typically have the meter in clear view. Leaning forward, I noticed a few minutes into the trip the fare read just over five euros. Just before arriving at the hotel the fare was 11.15 euros. But as soon as the driver pulled up he shut the meter off and told me the total was 29 euros. I was tired and jet lagged and against my better judgement chose not to say anything and paid him. Warning others to please pay attention and not get taken advantage of by dishonest taxi drivers here, especially if you are traveling by yourself. The legitimacy of taxi drivers in Lisbon requires re-considering services. Next time I’ll take an Uber.

Good communications
Driver kept us well updated and was prompt. The airport is a bit confusing make sure your driver designates which side to leave baggage area.

So glad our driver was waiting for us given the flight was delayed and it took over an hour to get through the passport line.

Excellent service
Driver was so very, very accommodating and helpful. We lost a piece of luggage and he waited while we searched for it.
