Someone else booked this for me, so I was not aware that there might be a wait to share the ride. My car companions weren’t either. But I’m not sure how they booked.

The instructions for meeting point was simple and straightforward. Communicated the wait time for driver arrival 10-15 mins. Driver provided friendly and pleasant service, informing you of the city
Was very happy to find my driver waiting for me as I exited arrivals. The whole process was smooth and easy. Quick ride to my hotel.
I missed the tour because I clicked on the gps straight from the app to get to the starting point and took me to a completely different place l, after 15 minutes walking I tried to reach out to their support chat and took them 20 minutes to respond.
Not recommended. Only received message through WhatsApp advising where I should meet at the airport. Though I had to wait for the driver for 30 minutes as he was a new driver. No other passenger sharing ride but I wasted my time, no traffic during midnight to city centre so would rather catching a taxi.
This was a terrible experience flight on time when we arrived at meeting place picked up my name gave it to the attendant only to be told out ride would not be available until 3 Pm our flight came on at 1150am They would not bend told to get a taxi or wait until 3Pm Had voucher in hand my credit card was charged expect a full refund Would not recommend this service
Never showed up. Rang them to be told us we didn't have a booking after they had confirmed the trip. Told us take a taxi. If we wanted to line up and do that we wouldn't have pre booked.
I came through customs and found my name on the pick-up point board so felt easy and safe. I then received a message and waited for the other transfers - but i think that was more than fair given the ‘shared’ transfer and ut was only abt 15/20 minutes. Driver very careful and kind. Can recommend.
It all worked out. Contrary to the many negative reviews, we have not had a bad experience. If you walk through the exit into the main hall in Lisbon, there is a meeting point for all major transfer providers on the right. You can also find a contact person there if no one is ready with a sign and their own name on it. We were immediately referred to an MTS Globe employee who also helped us immediately and contacted the driver in question. He arrived a little later and received all the passengers. On departure we had to be ready 3h before departure and the shuttle arrived on time. So no previous calls and queries of the pickup time. We had booked with Expedia along with our trip, so MTS already had our flight details. So contrary to our fears, completely stress-free and problem-free.
We had the same problem as other travelers with this organization. The taximan at Lisbon airport was alone for several races and told us to come back 30 minutes later! We waited for him 1h10 ... he never came back!! We had to repay a classic taxi for our hotel transfer when we had already paid the agency this service. Run away! Absolutely not reliable!!
