There was a bit of a hiccup when I arrived where they dropped me at the wrong location and there were some issues in communication. Not too bad.

Booked transfer for easy hotel to Lisbon airport. No one showed up. 12 persons. .1 van 1 car prepaid Waited 40 mins. No show. We took four cabs ...
The drive is very nice, we waited for us at the airport with our name written on the banner so I can spotted him right away. Great communication from viator customer service, I know everything before arriving to Lisbon. It’s a travel agent that I can trust!!
Business would not adjust due to flight delay. They were unavailable by phone, email and text. Ended up taking an Uber after paying $100.
First transfer, Lisbon Airport to Hotel, was excellent. Nice driver, who texted me as soon as the plain landed and waited for us, good and clean car. I was unpleasantly surprised earlier today to find out that he did not get payed for the service- a problem between companies and subcontractors that I think would be worth looking into. The second was also very good, a little late though, caught in traffic... We almost left with two taxies because we had a plain to catch, when we got the message that he was coming after all.
Pick-up was as scheduled with no issues. Driver very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend for a hassle free service.
Driver was attentive, helped with our luggages, and was punctual. I would book this roundtrip service again.
