This tour was amazing mostly due to our tour guide Cesar. His knowledge of the history of Lisbon, Sintra was amazing. He is a great driver and knows his way around perfectly. Also, Very nice car. He made this tour very interesting and enjoyable.

Ok - not really a tour
For this price, I would expect more information and history. This I
Was more of a private driver hired to take you around. The tours inside the different cities are not included. You are left to figure things out on your own. Better if I did a group tour

You have chosen and purchased a luxury private tour which does not include guided tours inside the monuments for an affordable price. You should always pay attention to the information given by the guide to you before visiting the monument and the cities.
Your comment surprises us. For the reasons that we will indicate below and that we would appreciate if you had the sense to recognize. If we make a mistake, we are the first to apologize. And always looking to do and give our best.
But when something doesn't match up correctly. We always respond honestly and transparently.
Especially an impolite comment for failing to mention the facts listed below.
Is important to remember that you arrived late at the tour, that you slept in the car while the guide was talking, when you interrupted the guide to talk on your cell phone several times and left him waiting. And above all, If you were so interested in the information, you would have been given the attention and respect. You didn't ask questions or even show interest during the tour and did not communicate with the guide about any doubts. This way, it becomes difficult for any guide. There is always a line of respect and common sense. If you want to obtain information from a guide during the tour, you must be more attentive, not sleep and above all, do not systematically interrupt a tour to talk on your cell phone.

An experience with a true friend
There are not words to express our happiness, and gratitude for the most amazing day that Cesar gave to us. He arrived promptly, with a beautiful, immaculate car and as we drove to Sintra he explained the history of Portugal to us. We arrived in Sintra before the crowds, and he sent us off with recommendations and tips to make our time as perfect as possible. We continued on, and as we did we truly felt that we gained a friend that day. Cesar is someone who we would gladly open our home to anytime, he has so genuine, and so passionate about his home, his work, and ensuring that we had the best experience possible.
Our time in Cascais was so wonderful, that we returned the next day. Cesar also took the time to send us an extensive list of his personal recommendations for restaurants and other sites to visit, which was such a nice personal touch. I highly, highly recommend, and urge you to book this private day tour, as it was certainly a highlight of our two week trip. We could not stop talking about what a wonderful, and memorable time Cesar provided us, and we cannot thank him enough!

Fantastic Time with Pedro

Excellent tour

They cancelled last minute
Trip was cancelled the day before we were scheduled to go on the tour. It was too late to make alternate plans by the time we saw the email.

Amazing Tour
We had an amazing day with CesaR! He was always punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable and informative of the country and tour sites. He effortlessly had our tour planned whereas we were at least 15 to 30 minutes ahead of the crowds and gained access to the sites with the least amount of walking. He is truly an amazing tour guide! Additionally, he added a stop at the end of our day, and made a few inquires on our behalf without concern. Thank you CesaR for a wonderful day. We hope to return to Lisbon one day, and we will definitely reach out!
