As there were fewer participants on that date, we asked if you would be willing to move the tour to the 21st, and you kindly agreed. Viator also sent you confirmation of this change. For this reason, I would not describe our team as “disorganised" or "messed up". We did send both an email and a message, and you confirmed your agreement to join the tour on the 21st. Had you not agreed, we would have processed a refund for you.
