Having to deal with a rough ride, poor air conditioning, and excessive cabin noise—especially on a full-day excursion—is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We have thoroughly checked our operational logs and spoke with our team on duty, but we cannot see any comments or reports logged from you on the day regarding the vehicle. In fact, another couple who was on the exact same tour posted a review right below yours stating that the guide, driver, and van were excellent. We would strongly urge guests to please say something directly to the guide or driver if any issues arise during the trip. We always prefer to rectify any discomfort right on the spot. Please be assured that we are having this minibus thoroughly inspected to ensure all vehicles strictly meet our standards.
