The system overall worked OK, especially the skip the line ticket element. However, the technology was not perfect and a cause of frustration. The codes arrived OK and one was advised to download the guides to ones phone whilst on wi-fi at hotel, which we did, apparently with success. However, whilst it worked fine in Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, in the Basilica the guide for some reason had not saved to my android phone. It was not easy to work out where it was meant to be saved in the phone either. Clearly being underground a saved version is essential. So I had to loiter in the ticket hall and try and download again, to the annoyance of the staff as they felt I was blocking the entrance. It never saved to the phone, so we had to make do with my partners guide on her i phone and her telling me what it said. Not what I paid for. Personally I'd prefer picking up an audio guide at the site and not use such a download as this has too much dependence on one having the technology and it working.

Going in the early morning made it very smooth. We didn’t wait in any lines and the crowds were minimal. The renovations at Hagia Sophia made it so that you couldn’t see much and even at 9 am it was very hot inside. The blue masque audio guide was good and was able to easily listen and see the mosque. This mosque was beautiful at night. The cistern was also incredible to see and the scary Medusa was a surprise in the back corner

Wonderful places, met expectations but overpriced

Blue Mosque way too crowded with no system in place to regulate numbers. I know by being there I am contributing to this problem. Probably not the best year to visit Hagia Sophia as it looks like it will be undergoing a badly needed renovation. Numbers on the audio guide do not match with numbers on display. For me, Basilica Cistern was by far the best of the three. Interesting facts on the audio guide. I would give this place 5 stars on its own.

This was a great way to see all three locations in a really easy and streamlined way that gives you maximum flexibility with your day. I generally hate group tours for many reasons, so if you’re like me, this is well worth it. Just makes sure to do the following: 1. Screenshot your QR code(s) when received so they’re easily accessible when you get to check-in. 2. Download the audio guides by just clicking “start tour” and they’ll be in your library. 3. Keep those audio guide tabs open on your phone. 4. Enjoy at your own pace! It really was so simple, and it was GREAT to just skip everyone waiting in line for tickets LOL. And you can decide when you wanna go in, we both waited for and rushed in before large tour groups — which was what we wanted to have flexibility to do.

Very easy to use the guide. Convenient for those who have little time to visit the city and want to know the history of the most important attractions
