Visiting such a popular tourist destination at the height of the season can be intimidating with the crowds, but being with Donata our guide let us relax about the logistics and enjoy the experience. Our tour guide, Denise, went out of her way to help my wife and only because of Denise, she had an excellent experience in Venice. We have never seen anybody take a wheelchair up and downstairs and she did that voluntarily without hesitation. She is truly an angel and we sincerely appreciated her. Tour company is excellent and easy to work with and extremely responsive!
