Great guide and well organized
We had tour guide Frederico and he did a wonderful job guiding us through the day. We learned so much about Venice and each of the attractions. The tour makes great use of time with enough time to appreciate each attraction whilst packing a lot into the day. Highly recommended!
Robbie was an excellent guide. So friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job sharing the right amount of knowledge of history and culture. The weather was very hot and she made sure the group was comfortable — thoughtfully selecting areas in the shade to share more while also bringing the group to great photo opportunity areas. The gondola ride at the end was a perfect way to end the tour:

It said 6 hours lasted like 3 hours on the actual sites the rest was just waiting forever in line. Our guide was so rude to an Indian lady with 2 small kids she actually told her to stay away from the tour and yell at her for talking to her kids. Guide was not knowledgeable at all. I had to keep asking questions about things that matter because she kept going on and on about nothing really. Not worth the money at all
