Annachiara was extremely knowledgeable. She was friendly and personable. The tour moved at a good pace. We were very impressed with Annachiara, and we learned a lot about this site.

More Doge then Church
Doge and Cathedral tour was interesting with more time given to the Doge Palace then to the Cathedral. This was probably a good balance because of the size of the Palace. Guide was friendly and well informed.

Guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. Would have liked to see the real brass horses on the 2nd floor but this tour stays on the ground floor.

We never going our guide before going in. They were nice enough to call and try to get us there. We only got to see half

The tour was just a bit boring. Couldn’t use the ear piece as it didn’t stay on and there wasn’t enough history taught.

Great location, disappointing guide
Skipping the long lines to get into St Mark’s and the Doge’s Palace is definitely worth it. What was very disappointing about this tour was our guide Elena who spoke very quickly and her English was very difficult to understand so we missed much of the information she shared. She rarely turned around to even see if the group was following her let alone if anyone had a question. We rushed through St. Mark’s too so there was little time to appreciate the beautiful artwork inside. There was more time in the Doge’s Palace which was nice. Overall, the buildings are definitely worth a visit but a better guide would have made this a nicer tour.

Great tour!
Elisa was our guide and she was wonderful! She was kind, funny and very knowledgeable. The meeting point was easy to find and the check in process easy. The palace was impressive and the Cathedral even more. It was a special visit.
