Did not accept re-schedule!
Terrible customer service! It clearly said that my activity needed good weather. It was rainy and foggy this morning, so my photos will be terrible! Viator and the Local company refused to re-schedule for tomorrow and they would not give our money back! Do not book with Viator! They will scam you.

First of all, we're sorry that your experience wasn't as expected. We understand that some tours are actually better with more favorable weather conditions.
However, we need to point out that we are not scamming you or any other customer. Our cancellation or rescheduling policy is clear and available both here on the platform and on our website (https://riocariocatour.com.br/about-us/). We don't do this on the day due to weather conditions. To change, we need the customer to contact us at least one day in advance, and this is evident in the description of the tour, whatever it may be. In fact, you can confirm that we have other reviews here saying that the tour was incredible, despite the weather conditions.
We're really sorry that you were frustrated, but we didn't scam you or cheat you. I assure you that we will review the descriptions to make sure that this information is clear and accessible.

Visiting Rio in Style and able to fully relax with the family.
It was a great experience. We felt well taken care of, and having someone taking pictures while my family and I just enjoyed the landscapes and beauty of the Corcovado and Sugar Loaf was a wonderful treat to end our vacation with golden keys. Everything went very smoothly. We had a wonderful photographer, Pedro, and a pleasant and safe driver, Alex. Now I just have to go over the many pictures (more than 100) to choose my favorites :-)

Wedding photos to remember
Reneta was the best that you can get. Attention to detail, the desire to make our save the date photos great was everything to make our trip memorable. Would recommend to anyone who wants photos they'll never forget!

Great Excursions the scenery was amazing. Ronalda was the best! Very knowledgeable of Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf.
