It was easy to find our guide in the main square. Kinga made us feel welcome and explained where we were headed. She kept a close eye on the group at all times. Kinda was very informative and you could she her passion shine through. Kinda answered all questions thrown at her in a professional manner. The tour itself was a great way to see parts of Krakow that we wouldn't normally have seen and we learned a great deal about the Jewish quarter and its history. All in all an excellent, well spent few hours. Thank you Kinga 😊

Rudolf was an amazing guide. This tour is well worth it.

Rudolph was amazing, really knowledgeable and so enthusiastic. Unfortunately for us there were too many people , 36, some who were very slow and so too many pauses. But not to take away from Rudolf. He was great.

We walk for 4 hours , listening to the story , the history by our tour guid , her name was Karokina , a wonderful felt information with explicit detail of what had happened, and how it happened with great knowledge. A great thank you to our wonderful guid .

We typically like to do a walking tour to get the most out of a city, we can honestly say this is the best tour we’ve ever done. Dale was so informative and friendly, we learnt so much. It was quite a sunny day and he did what he could to keep us in the shade. We did book through viator but if you can book directly, then I would do that (City Walks Krakow). We felt it was worth every penny we paid at the end and highly recommend this tour if you’re in Krakow.

My second tour of the day. Again Karolina was in excellent form providing an inexhaustible amount of information about the life of ordinary Jews in the city of Krakow. Very sad naturally. But very illuminating. With plenty of suggestions of places to explore. Loved the tour. Thank you Karolina!

We were in Krakow in July 2026 with our 9-year-old daughter. I took this tour alone. We had a Scottish guide who has lived there for a long time. The tour was excellent and touching. The group size could be a bit smaller. In the high season more than 30 people, that is simply too many. It is not worth a point deduction for me, though! Full recommendation!
