This is a great tour if you are interested in Krakoe, the Holocaust, Polish history,Oskar Schindler and WW2. Barbara, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and exceeded our expectations.
Thank you so much! We’re really glad you found the tour so informative and engaging, especially on such important topics like Kraków’s history, WWII, and Oskar Schindler 😊 It’s wonderful to hear that Barbara exceeded your expectations with her knowledge and friendliness. We hope to see you again on another tour! Best regards, Maciej
The company changed the tour and we didn’t go into the factory museum. However we did not feel we missed much because our guide was soooo good. Her English was perfect and she was very knowledgeable. We thought the alternative tour was very good.
Thank you very much for your kind and detailed feedback! 😊 We’re glad to hear that, despite the change in the program, you still had a very positive experience and that the alternative tour met your expectations. It’s wonderful to know that the guide’s excellent English, knowledge, and storytelling made such a strong impression and helped ensure you didn’t feel you missed out on the museum visit. We truly appreciate your understanding and your kind words, and we hope to welcome you again in Krakow! Best regards, Maciej
An amazing tour with Helena who demonstrated in depth knowledge and passion for the subject. Her dedication shone through. Be prepared for a lot of walking and standing though.

Here’s a polished version: Excellent guided tour with Barbara — extremely knowledgeable, and she shared powerful stories with compassion and sensitivity. Her insights into the factory, beyond what was presented on the walls, were invaluable and added real depth to the experience. A thoroughly enjoyable and meaningful five-hour tour. ✨👏
Thank you for your thoughtful and kind feedback! We’re delighted Barbara made such a strong impression with her knowledge and sensitive storytelling. It’s great to hear her insights added real depth beyond the exhibits. We truly appreciate your words and hope to welcome you again for another meaningful experience! Best regards, Maciej
An instructive and moving experience, our guide Chiara was able to provide detailed explanations and accounts of lives lived during the Nazi occupation that kept our interest alive for all 5 hours of the tour. My 14-year-old daughter has been following her the whole time with a lot of interest. Highly recommended!
Cordiali saluti.
Really interesting tour with a very knowledgeable local tour guide. Information on all the places of interest around the Jewish 1/4 location
It was a wonderful guided tour by Magdalena. She was well researched, rich in information and her delivery and English was excellent to give us a vivid pic of the reality. We learnt so much. Enjoyed the tour thoroughly with deep reflection. Highly recommend this tour.
The guide was great and the explanations interesting. The visit was complete. The only downside the visit to the schindler factory talks very little about the factory itself
This is actually a three part tour (10000 steps) and many along the way were disappointed they had only signed up for one or two parts. The local independent guide is very knowledgeable and supplements the tour with photographs. It was a small group tour and the VIP entrance to Schindler’s factory is worth it. The complete tour is five hours with a break for lunch. It is easy to walk to and from the tour from the old town.
