I booked through Get Your Guide for a party of three, including my husband and one of my best friends. Juan Antonio from Naturanda was simply amazing! Not only did Juan Antonio provide a complete overview of the art periods at El Prado Museum, but he explained each one of the masterpieces we reviewed. He is most knowledgeable about art and the different painters we visited in the gallery but his sense of humor and how he shared details of the painters and masterpieces was absolutely a plus!!! He made it is easy for all adults to take so much information in! We had a fantastic visit, learnt quite a lot and had a fun time, with a laugh or two!

Wonderful!!!! Easy to find group! Although I forget the tour guide’s name right now, he was a wonderful gentleman, full of knowledge and very personable. Made it a great tour.

Please refund us the price of the tickets We did not get to experience this 1. We didn’t not get any notification of the meeting point 2. In the Royal Palace tour the previous day we got a message saying to meet at Naturando office. The agency for Prado museum was also Naturando 3. We message and called Narutando office and also the link from tripadvisor asking for meeting point. We did not get an answer 4. We reached Naturando office 10 minutes before the start of the tour 5. They did not have us listed for the 2 pm tour 6, They called the guide and told him 7. They told us to take a taxi and go to Prado museum 8. They refused to give us guides number 9. They said they will give the guide our number and he will contact us 10. No one contacted us 11. We couldn’t therefore find the guide 12. We bought new tickets and went inside. 13. While inside I still tried to connect with the guide. I was told (see screenshot) that all registered guests had checked in 14. I told them where i was in the museum and we could meet the guide to join the tour 15. They said the guide has no signal and cant contact us. So in the end we didn’t get the service we paid for. Rubin, the guide was excellent. Lots of knowledge. He explained everything in detail, very patient with his clients! The audio was not good but that is the fault of the museum, they should give him a microphone like the singers have on stage, hands free.

Our guide showed us the highlights of the museum. He was very knowledgeable about the paintings and actually taught me some important parts of looking at paintings.

After arranging a Prado Museum and Palace tour, I was notified that the Palace would be closed on the day selected and that our tour of the Prado was rescheduled for later that same day. Very poor communication, then NO notification, no answered phone calls. We show up at the Museum at the designated meeting spot, get told to go across the boulevard and look for Viator reps (none around), go back to the meeting place, wait over an hour and still no one shows! We bought our own tickets and will never use Viator again! I will be submitting all of my texts, invoice, etc for a full refund.

It was all good but quite crowded. The guide and information she imparted was worthwhile and interesting.

Our Prado Museum tour with Luisa was the highlight of our Madrid trip. Luisa's knowledge of the collection is genuinely university-level. She walked us through Velázquez, Goya, and Bosch with the kind of depth and context you just don't get from an audio guide or a guidebook. She clearly has real academic training in art history, and it showed in how she connected paintings to their historical and cultural context, not just reciting names and dates. What really made the tour special was her manner. She was warm and friendly from the first minute, always with a sweet smile, and made everyone in the group feel comfortable asking questions. The pace was perfect: never rushed, never dragging, just a comfortable rhythm that let us actually absorb what we were seeing. She was also fully accommodating when a few of us wanted to linger longer at certain pieces. On top of all that, she was punctual and completely professional throughout. It's clear she takes real pride in her work. If you're booking a Prado tour, ask for Luisa. Highly recommend.

Brilliant tour with Miguel, focused on a few important pieces with lots of context and background. Could have a listened for another hour, the time flew by.

Lydia was an acceptional tour guide with alot of knowledge and experience. Some of the information was almost overwhelming!! Only downside was that we got moved to a later tour...45 minutes later and we had another tour booked so it was a bit harried and rushed.
